Boarding
We offer a limited number of stalls available to customers interested in boarding their horses with us. Our hours are flexible but we do ask that boarders talk with staff members to schedule shared use of the facility. We do offer turn out that is done on a rotation basis pending weather and footing. We do not charge extra for blanketing, or applying fly spray.
Retirement
Our goal is to provide a healthy and peaceful retirement for horses and ponies who have enriched the lives of their owners with enormous pleasure. Whether retired due to age or injury, these horses have earned a life of leisure where their individual needs are understood and met. Horses can live well into their twenties and often beyond. Not all owners are prepared to provide the nessesary care that aging horses require. We understand their needs, as we have retired many of our personal pleasure and show horses here at High Tail Acres. Their welfare drives our passion to provide a comfortable atmosphere to live out their lives.
ALL HORSES AND PONIES ARE FED ONLY BY STAFF
Feed Schedule:
Morning 7:00-8:00
Lunch 2:00- 3:30
Dinner 7:00-8:30
All stalls will be cleaned and bedded by staff.
All horses are fed Blue Seal Feeds and Timothy Hay
